Xiaojun Liu received the Ph.D.degree in communication and information system form the Wuhan University of Hubei Province,China.He is Assistant Professor of the Department of Transportation, Huanggang Normal University, Hubei Huanggang,china.His research interests include also urban computing, computer networks and information processing. He has published over 20 papers in international journals and conferences.
